 Apparently readme translations stopped being deployed as well:

 * https://wordpress.org/plugins/asgaros-forum/#changelog lists `1.4.5` as
 the latest version.
 * https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/asgaros-forum/#changelog lists `1.4.4`
 as the latest version.

 On the latter page, `Added: Avatars to widgets` string is displayed in
 English (along with a few others), even though it was
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/asgaros-forum/stable-
 readme/ru/default?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=4185911&filters%5Btranslation_id%5D=48255928
 translated a month ago], and
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp-plugins/asgaros-
 forum the project is at 100%].
