 At the moment, WP.org email and Slack notifications from plugin and theme
 forums don't have any indication of the plugin or theme name (see the
 screenshots).

 It would be helpful if the name was added as a title prefix, e.g.
 `[Broadcast] Use correct plural handling for some strings`.
