 Usability wise, we don't need to to be a mail-to, since right now we have
 to manually copy the emails into another form... Having it hidden behind
 link makes it a worse experience for how it's used.

 We copy the email addresses to paste into a SupportPress email form.

 What about putting the emails on a line below the user name, and moving
 'remove' to be an X on the right most column?
