 How often do you rotate support staff in and out? Determining where this
 is best 'stored' (plugin like committers, or readme like authors) depends
 on how much you're switching etc :D

 Also WHO should have access to do it. Right now, committers can add/remove
 any other committers. So if you keep it in the readme, that remains the
 same for supporters.
