 On https://ru.wordpress.org/support/forums/, we've added dashicons to
 forum descriptions.

 This looks great, but would probably look even better if the icons were
 next to the title rather than description, both in the forums list and on
 the home page.

 It could be implemented by adding a meta box on Edit Forum page in the
 admin with a simple text input for dashicon name, e.g. `dashicons-sos`.
