 Until some months (years?) ago, the JetPack statistics were shown on the
 different Rosetta sites but then disappeared. It seems only administrators
 can see them, but as nobody should be administrator on Rosetta sites,
 nobody sees the stats.

 Please allow 'Locale Managers' and 'Editors' to view the JetPack stats.
