#2084: Discontinue display of user forum roles in replies

 After [4138], moderators and keymasters both now get a "Moderator" badge
 shown in their forum replies. This effectively renders the display of the
 user's forum role as redundant for such users. (For keymasters, the
 distinction from moderator is not meaningful to differentiate in this
 context.) The remaining, and most common, role of "Participant" is not
 meaningful to display; the user is obviously participating by virtue of
 the fact that you're looking at their reply.

 The forum role will continue to be displayed in the user's forum profile.
