 * #1950 Add support for custom titles on support forums
 * #1972 Custom titles should not replace a users forum role on user
 profiles

 As we'll be adding back "custom titles" this should also be accommodated
 here in this ticket also.

 I've added a comment about this to the mock ups post

 We now have:

 * Display Name
 * User Name
 * Custom Title
 * Role
