#2044: Breadcrumbs and site header link differently

 The large Support header links to `https://wordpress.org/support/`, while
 the Support bit in the breadcrumbs link to
 `https://wordpress.org/support/forums/`, these should probably link to the
 same location.

 See attached screenshot to see which locations I'm referring to
