 1. Go to https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/wp-admin/edit-comments.php.
 2. Enter something (e.g. `codex`) in the search input, click Search
 Comments.
 3. The page performs a 302 redirect to itself, ignoring the search query.

 Reproduced using the latest Chrome on Windows 10.

 https://make.wordpress.org/core/wp-admin/edit-comments.php works as
 expected.
