the title

 When subscribed to a theme or plugin support topic subscription emails do
 not include any reference to the theme or plugin title, e.g there is no
 mention of the plugin named `Private groups` in the following email:

 * [[Image(https://cldup.com/0T0NMYJr1V.png)]]

 Topics in the "Plugins and Hacks" forum prefix the topic title with the
 theme/plugin name:

 * [[Image(https://cldup.com/_76Irssd3w.png)]]

 Email subscriptions should also include this same theme or plugin name in
 the topic title.
