 On English forums, previously deleted posts were imported to Pending queue
 and will be moved to Archived soon. That's handy to view the history of
 behaviour for particular accounts.

 Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for Rosetta forums, where previously
 deleted posts were just skipped on import, so we've lost the history for
 some accounts we'd like to keep an eye on.

 Any chance to backfill them after Pending/Archived views are enabled on
 Rosetta forums (#1987)?
