 https://ru.forums.wordpress.org/profile/sergeybiryukov currently redirects
 to https://ru.wordpress.org/support/profile/sergeybiryukov and produces a
 404 error.

 It should redirect to
 https://ru.wordpress.org/support/users/sergeybiryukov instead (`users/`
 instead of `profile/`).

 Some of our active contributors used to link to their forum profile from
 other sites, I don't see a reason to break that URL if we can redirect it
 to the correct place.

 This was previously mentioned in #1868, but wasn't addressed in that
 ticket.
