 Okay new question. Is hacks for "plugin only" coding questions or General
 weird code things.

 Also. Is "Themes and Templates" for theme only support or general theme
 coding/development?

 I know this isn't the 'fix' for the ticket, but since `bbp_list_forums()`
 doesn't support descriptions makes me think that 'sub forums' may not be
 the right solution. Are we making it harder for people to find the right
 place to get the right help?
