#1972: Custom titles should not replace a users forum role on user profiles

 Rather than replace the users forum role, the forum role should remain and
 a ''custom title'' field be added to the profile, maybe the field should
 be simply titled "Title: " rather than "Custom Title:"

 e.g: https://wordpress.org/support/users/sergeybiryukov

 Before:
 [[Image(https://cldup.com/bSvzcZnkSW.png)]]

 After:
 [[Image(https://cldup.com/6-S_-QBv9e.png)]]
