 Right now a post can be approved or unapproved. Unapproved goes into the
 Pending queue.

 That queue should only be for posts that need to be reviewed. Anything
 flagged 'unapproved' should be considered reviewed and either safe to be
 deleted or not needing attention anymore.

 Otherwise the pending queue is worthless as we cannot see contextually if
 a post is a duplicate or not, and there's no way to determine if it was
 approved or not.

 Recommended Statuses:

 * Pending - Needs to be reviewed
 * Approved - Published
 * Unapproved - Has been reviewed and will not display
