 With the second [https://wptranslationday.org/ Global WordPress
 Translation Day] upcoming, it would be nice if GTEs could see and
 recognize contributors who translated the most strings during the event.

 Two things would be helpful here:
 * An ability to view the list of contributors whose translations were
 approved between two particular dates.
 * An ability to view all contributors for the locale, sorted by approved
 strings count.
