 When viewing individual offerings there is a little flag followed by the
 position type when viewing General.

 This is the icon for "General", but the visual implication is that this is
 a means to flag a post for moderation.

 The icon should either be changed to something less confusing, or an
 actual flag mechanic should be considered that would fit in nicely in that
 location.
