 On https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/custom-
 post-widget Stable is on the 2nd row, however on
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/tailor Stable
 is on the 3rd row.

 The issue might be coming from line 523 on
 https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html
 /wp-content/plugins/wporg-gp-routes/inc/routes/class-locale.php where the
 order is set by ID.
 For a better consistent view, it might be better to order by 'title'.
