 There are always attendees who register after the badge artwork has been
 sent to the printer, so registration tables need blank badges for me.

 Currently, the badge generator doesn't generate any, so we should add
 some. It'd probably be enough to add a single page of them at the end,
 because the printer can just print `n` copies of that page, based on the
 need.
