 update_post_meta() / wp_set_post_terms() calls, so it's entirely possible
 that they've failed.

 FTR I don't think we should/need to do anything with these.

 Unless there's further reports with recent plugins, I'm not investigating
 anything here.
 (Note: The last_updated dates for a lot of plugins are more recent than
 they should be, but nothing should be older than it should be)
