 Currently, it's pretty hard for users to find how to edit a review. When
 you visit your own review of a plugin, there's no hint at all that you can
 change it as you can see here:

 Earlier today, [https://profiles.wordpress.org/clorith @clorith] suggested
 adding a notification to inform users about the option to change a review.

 This could look something like this:
