Comment:

 This feels like it will be more than a quick c/p job from the old system.
 I think @dd32 mentioned somewhere how we'll have to track times of status
 changes etc anyway, but I'm not sure we're both certain on how to go about
 it. Maybe revisions would be something that could work here?
