Changes (by dd32):

 * status:  assigned => closed
 * resolution:   => fixed


Comment:

 The new plugin directory excludes versions which are greater than stable,
 this hasn't been implemented for the legacy (and currently live) bbPress
 system.

 The stats system now only counts version strings which have more than 10
 active installs.
