 I would also add a score for # of reviews to avg rating.

 For example a plugin with one 5 star review isn't necessarily the same as
 one with 400+ avg 4.9.

 Maybe make results sortable in general based on any of these criteria
 would be useful in general.

 Sort By: Recently Updated, # of Reviews, Avg Rating, Oldest - Youngest.
