 Out of curiosity, I went searching via the plugins Trac to see when I
 first created one of my plugins. It turns out it was over 10 years ago
 (yeesh!) but in the process I noticed that we're missing a little over
 8400 commits from Trac. You can see that here:

 Or if you go to https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/13077 and
 then click on "Previous Changeset". That link takes you to
 https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/4644. All of the commits
 between those two appear to be missing.

 '''The commits exist in Subversion''', so this is a Trac issue, perhaps as
 simple as a caching one.
