 * Support moderators for plugin forums

 We have the first three covered already. We should discuss if contributors
 (see definition in [comment:8]) should be displayed in the admin as well,
 or if it should stay in the readme.

 Support moderators for plugin forums feels like a low priority feature to
 me. We could think about creating a ticket for it and circle back to it
 after the initial launch.
