 Plugin Directory: Handle various redirects we need
  - /$plugin/faq (the old plugin tabs) should redirect to /$plugin/#faq
  - /browse/ should have something on it, we're going with the popular view
 by default.
  - /browse/favorites/$user should list that users favourites.
