 I am onboard with this one. BUT.. A voting system that allows for voting
 without being logged in is vulnerable not only to spamming but could very
 well make the voting system "off". IMO logged in is a good. Most all users
 are logged into the system anyways. Public opinon is powerful and always
 right though.
