 Plugin Directory: Restructure containers and components.

 Merges containers with their components and adopts a folder hierarchy
 similar
 to the actual element hierarchy. The exception to the rule are reusable
 components.

 This also adds support for displaying plugins in the `plugin_section`
 taxonomy.
