 In our case, [https://2016.denver.wordcamp.org WordCamp Denver 2016], the
 .org username for one of our organizers is her company name. She uses it
 for all contributing and support purposes and thus the gravatar is the
 logo of her company. We'd like to be able to show her face on the
 organizers page without asking her to change her gravatar and thereby mess
 with her branding.
