 (Putting these in one ticket though the listed improvements cover both the
 ratings widget and the reviews section.)

 There are a few things we can do to improve ratings and reviews:
 * Change all empty stars to be grey in color, instead of yellow. This is
 on the single view in both places (ratings and reviews) and in the
 homepage/search result cards.
 * Remove blue underline when hovering the ratings number (in the widget).
 * Show total number of reviews in ratings widget (similar to homepage).
 * In the reviews section, decrease the spacing between the stars and
 review itself (see screenshot for section).
 * Remove the on-hover blue underline entirely from the "Read all [n]
 reviews" and "See all" ratings links, to match the "Read more" links
 elsewhere.
