Comment:

 We've had a lot of issues with plugin authors "gaming" the recently
 updated list. I don't think it's very useful either. Newest might be more
 interesting to consider bringing back, but right now we don't have visual
 (design) space to do that.

 For now, this ticket is maybelater.
