 The Theme Directory is missing a redirect with a trailing slash at the end
 of the URL. So it is available with and without the trailing slash, which
 is bad for SEO (duplicate content), I think.

 https://wordpress.org/themes and https://wordpress.org/themes/ are both
 working an none of them is redirecting to the other.

 I think the first one (without trailing slash) should redirect to the last
 one (with trailing slash).
