 @dd32 - As long as the database options for the site remain otherwise
 unchanged, it should keep the subs (the site ID and other bits are stored
 in the options) and pass upstream to dotcom the URL change.

 That said, please do ping me once you've switched the site URL in the NA.
 I can check out of the Jetpack bits to make sure all goes well and patch
 up anything unexpected. For my future self, the current ID is 69109521.
