New description:

 Right now, the Privacy policy (https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/) only
 applies to wordpress.org (and we just added wordcamp.org). But in reality,
 it should apply to all WordPress.org sites. We'd need a good list, but off
 the top of my head...

 * *.wordpress.org
 * *.wordpress.net
 * *.wordcamp.org
 * *.buddypress.org
 * *.bbpress.org

 We'll need to incorporate this into the policy in a way that reads well.
