 I'd like to encourage people to upload attachments like images directly to
 Trac. I'm sure that everyone has already seen tickets with broken dropbox
 links…

 How GitHub does it:

 We should at least support drag-drop onto the page and multiple uploads.
 And this should be already possible on the /newticket page, without the
 extra step "I have files to attach to this ticket".
