 Sites like make/core, make/polyglots, make/meta or make/community don't
 have a "Table of Contents" menu, instead they are using the

 /wp-content/plugins/handbook/inc/widgets.php?rev=2510 Handbook Pages
 widget] which uses `WP_Widget_Pages`.
