 I would like to redesign the '''Mobile Apps''' page
 (https://wordpress.org/mobile/).

 The '''Plugins Directory''' and '''Theme Directory''' main pages have
 slick grey background with white cards. I think, same design should be
 applied to the mobile apps main page.

 Consistent design for:

 * https://wordpress.org/mobile/
