Comment:

 This ticket caused a long conversation in Slack (see link above).

 We're going to do the following:
 1. Change the "chat" icon to say "@coffee2code on WordPress.org and Slack"
 when the Slack and WordPress.org usernames match, and "@samuelsidler on
 WordPress.org, @sam on Slack" when they don't match.
 2. Add a fixed "Your username: samuelsidler" option on the
 [https://profiles.wordpress.org/profile/edit profile edit screen].

 I'll take this for now, but hand off when I can't get further.
