 FYI; The Uzbek support forums already existed, just hasn't been
 configured: https://uz.wordpress.org/support/
 The forums strings can be translated in
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/uz/default/meta/forums

 I've bumped both @Ulugov and @azamat88 to Keymasters for the site - I'm
 slightly unsure of if the roles are set right, as I can't find any
 documentation over the expected behaviours here, @petya hopefully you can
 review it at some point and triple check :)
