 > In the first iteration of the new directory, we'll be displaying and
 using only the first five tags and will have no tag cloud or display any
 of the most popular tags

 While they're not shown on w.org, they will be shown within WordPress. I
 just went ahead and removed the `wordpress` and `plugin` tags because it's
 pretty obvious it's a WordPress plugin. I don't think we have a need to
 expand that list in the short term.
