 My suggestion here is to change the font-size on the 'small' tag from 80%
 to 12px so that it matches the font-size of the 'subscribe' checkbox text.

 Don't worry about this. It was showing a bigger checkbox because those
 screenshots were taken on a mobile device. The mobile version displays a
 bigger checkbox for easier touch.
