 One thing we could do is give an exact match a slightly different design.
 That is, if you search for "bbpress", an exact match in the search results
 (for the slug) would display in a slightly different style than the rest
 of the search results and could even say "exact match."

 To alleviate the concerns in comment:4, if a given plugin isn't
 ''supposed'' to be in the search results because of relevancy, we could
 put the exact match at the bottom of the first page, but still give it the
 different design.
