 I disagree, vehemently, some of the older plugins have some very "broad"
 slugs, they should not be findable if they've not been updated. It doesn't
 reflect well on the project if we show plugins that have not been updated
 for 2 years and that might break a site or have major security issues.
 Personally I think 2 years is 1 year too much already.
