 This was fixed in [dotorg11271] but because of #1909 these are linked
 again. The list of phpDoc/JSDoc tags in `mu-plugins/make-network/link-
 mentions-to-profiles.php` should be applied to Jetpack's mentions/inline
 terms handler.
