 Handbooks like [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/] are a
 great way of bringing structured information towards contributors.

 Is there any possibility to have the handbooks installed on the local
 wordpress.org sites ? I'm willing to test on fr-be.wordpress.org .
