 Hi,

 I'm getting character problems with some of Turkish characters "ı,ş" on
 BuddyPress codex.

 `Türkçe dil dosyası` looks like `Türkçe dil dosyas?` on codex page.

 https://codex.buddypress.org/translations/turkish-turkce-tr_tr/

 It might be database character set problem.
