 Due to the way this is tracked, it's very easy to trigger once invalid
 data is in there.

 The support forum can't easily know how many threads it's got for a plugin
 (The count query is super expensive).

 The new plugin directory *may* be better than the existing one here, but
 it could also make it several orders of magnitude easier to trigger, I
 think we'll have to wait and see.
