 @iandunn, FYI, I found that another user with username bipin
 (https://profiles.wordpress.org/bipin) was Confirmed as a speaker for
 WordCamp Nepal 2015 (5 months ago) instead of me (Bipin Singh
 https://profiles.wordpress.org/bipin-singh). However, it doesn't seems
 that he got speaker badge too.
